1. Property Tax

The annual amount which is paid by the owner of the land to the state government or municipal corporation is knows as property tax.

2. E-Invoicing

E-invoice is an invoice which is generated electronically in the specified standardized format.

3. Property Agreement

It is a document, an agreement of sale in which all terms & condition related to sale of property are written.

4. SSM I'd Registration

Samagra Unique Family sssm Id is an 8 digits unique number assigned to a registered family. This scheme has been initiated in Madhya Pradesh.

  • Families that fall under this scheme can avail Food security, get registration for BPL, get profit of various scheme like Annapurna scheme, Ration etc.

  • 10th marksheet.
  • Aadhar Card.

5. RTO works

It is a government organization established to oversee all transport-related operations in India. It exists in every state and union territory. It is responsible for carrying out the function of the motor vehicle act 1988.

Need

  • The RTO matches the cars to their keepers using the RTO database in order to identify untaxed vehicles, identify keepers of vehicles entering different Indian states, or who exceed the speed limit on a route with speed cameras.

9. Property Transfer

Transfer of property” means an act by which a living person conveys property, in present or in future, to one or more other living persons, or to himself, 1[or to himself] and one or more other living persons; and “to transfer property” is to perform such act.
